The download includes a ZIP file containing the necessary MATLAB and Simulink functions. After the download, please follow the “First Steps”. The list of necessary plug-ins as well as the software version that the tool was developed with, can be found in the release notes at the bottom of this page.

First Steps

After the download
  1. Extract the file to a preferred file path
  2. Open extracted file
  3. Open the document “HRS-Manual.pdf”
  4. Follow the instructions in the PDF-File

Beta-Version:
The beta version of the tool is designed as a component library in Simulink. Version 0.1.0 was developed with MATLAB version 2024a. MATLAB and Simulink as well as the following MATLAB/Simulink toolboxes are required for use:

  • MATLAB Report Generator
  • Simulink Report Generator
  • MATLAB Coder
  • Simulink Coder
  • Optimization Toolbox
  • MATLAB Support for MinGW-w64 C/C++/Fortran Compiler

The library contains components for the calculation of:

  • Pressure Control Valve
  • Storage System
  • Tank
